For as long as we’ve had children, we have been dreaming, discussing, and planning to retire early and truly enjoy our time with our young family. What better way to share our values and grow together?

Family
We believe family is #1, and we’re committed to spending as much quality time together as possible; especially while the kids are in their most formative years.

We believe in lifelong growth, and want to lead our children by example.
Challenge
We believe growth comes from overcoming adversity. The easy road is boring, and a lot less enlightening.
Where are we now?
We are in Japan! We are nearing the end of our travels and taking in some Japanese culture and food. Oh, and seeing some cherry blossoms of course.
Where are we going next?
We’ve decided that it is time to find a community to call home. In the Spring, we will return to Canada where we have found a home to rent for 18 months. Melanie is starting an education program and the kids are eager to get a pet. It’s time to grow some roots.
